CSRC - Dow (c. 1961 - 1968)

Location: Rhodes, New South Wales, Australia
CSRC - Dow was a joint venture between CSR Chemicals and Dow Chemical - manufacture styrene and other products. Initially all production ocured at the CRC Rhodes site, but in 1964 the polymerisation unit was relocated to Altona, Victoria. In 1968 CSRC sold its shares the company back to Dow Chemical.
