| In 1867 Felton Grimwade & Co. replaced Youngman McCann & Co. In 1902 the Melbourne company entered a joint venture with Adelaide's A. M. Bickford & Sons, creating a Western Australian company, Felton Grimwade & Bickford Ltd. A 1930 amalgamation of several Australian pharmaceutical companies saw Felton Grimwade & Co. along with A. M. Bickford & Sons and Felton Grimwade & Bickford, become Drug Houses of Australia. |
