Mitchell, Giurgola & Thorp (1980 - 1990)

The architect firm Mitchell, Giurgola & Thorp won the 1978 competition to design Australia's new Parliament House. Two of the founders, Ehrman Mitchell and Romaldo Giurgola, originated from the USA where they had established a very successful architecture practice in 1958.
