Onkaparinga Woollen Company Pty Ltd (1928 - 1970)

The Onkanparinga Woollen Company was established in 1928 and at the time was the biggest employer in the small town of Lobethal. It was the former South Australian Woollen Factory Company which in 1887 took over from the Lobethal Tweed Factory. In 1970 the Onkanparinga Woollen Company was taken over by Onkaparinga Textiles Limited in 1970.
