Peko-Wallsend Limited was a holding company with subsidiaries involved in mineral exploration, mining and manufacturing. In 1968 its name changed from Peko-Wallsend Investments Limited to Peko-Wallsend Limited. Twenty years later the company was taken over by North Broken Hill Holdings Pty Limited.
