| The Cooperative Research Centre (CRC) for Innovative Dairy Products or Dairy CRC was created in July 2001 with a seven year grant. Research undertaken by the CRC aims at developing innovative products using genomic technologies. The Dairy CRC has three R&D programs: Gene Discovery, Delivery Technologies and Business Development. |
