| Imperial Chemical Industries of Australia and New Zealand Limited (ICIANZ) replaced Imperial Chemical Industries (Australasia) Limited in 1928. ICIANZ continued the work of its predecessor, manufacturing explosives at the Deer Park site, and later diversified, manufacturing slide fasteners, ammonia and polyethylene film, to name a few. In 1971 ICIANZ became ICI Australia Limited. |
