The Victorian AIDS Nurses Reference Group Inc was established in 1986 for the purpose of sharing information and expertise in the care of AIDS patients. In October 1989 the Victorian AIDS Nurses Reference Group became the Victorian Branch of a national group, the Australian AIDS Nurses Resource Group.
