The Personnel department of the Pigments Plant at Laverton, headed by the Personnel Superintendent responsible for staff and personnel issues. Reporting to the Personnel Superintendent was a Safety/Training Officer.

Safety/Training Officers included:
T. Clark (early 1960s)
W. Arthur Kellow (Arthur) (1962?-1 December 1965) (known as Safety Officer - see PMA1015)
