22 May 1987 - Letter to Emeritus Professor F.R. Jevons, AO from Professor Malcolm Skilbeck, the Vice Chancellor of Deakin University regarding the destruction of Michael Briggs' papers;

28 May 1987 - Letter marked "In Confidence" to Ms M.C. Ramsay from R.H. Elliott, the University Secretary regarding the disposal of the contents of Professor Briggs' office.
