Irrigation and Stock Waters

Early research into water quality problems in this area related mainly to the tolerance of stock to saline groundwater. Later work was concerned with animal deaths from drinking water contaminated by toxins produced by algae, and more recently with the presence of herbicides and weedicides in water.
