Nancye Perry was an entomologist who worked in Australia and England between 1946 and 1957, mainly in the public sector. After marrying in 1957, Nancye Perry ceased working as a scientist. Nancye later pursued various interests, most notably as a painter who trained with plein air painter Max Middleton and had her work exhibited in solo and joint exhibitions. She was a successful and often outspoken investor in the share market, who eventually became independently wealthy as a result of her investments.
