Dams (continued)

The success of the Cethana Dam led to concrete-faced rock-fill dams being adopted at many other sites in Australia and elsewhere. Australian engineers were responsible for the design of the Khao Laem Dam in Thailand, Batang Ai in Sarawak, and Ahning in Malaysia -all concrete-faced rock-fill dams.
