Dear

I am sending you a copy of some notes prepared by John Lillywhite. It has been suggested that those interested might meet in the 5th Floor Conference Room, 150 Lonsdale Street, at 12 noon, on Thursday 20 May, to discuss the matter raised by John with a view to finalising the proposal for the formation of an "Olympians" Club.

Yours sincerely,

W. J. Gibbs

(Copies distributed to retired and separated officers and those 'Olympians', still in the Bureau).
